May 29: Warm Weather Wines & Seafood
It is early spring and L'Etoile's wine director, Michael Kwas, is already thinking about the delicious wines we will be enjoying throughout the summer. This class will taste flavors that are sure to be a hit all summer long.
June 19: Barbeque & Beer
This class will celebrate local, non-CAFO (Confined Animal Feeding Operations) meats and how delicious they can be. This class will also focus on ideas to solve the dilemma of what to bring to the next cook-out/potluck you are invited to! Since the food is focused on cook-outs and picnic potlucks, then of course, we have to pair it with beers!
July 17: Summer Fruits - Sweet and Savory
Fruit is so much fun to cook with. Naturally there are lots of great sweet ways to enjoy it, but this class will also taste some lovely savory preparations for summer fruits. This class will also discuss ways to preserve fruit to enjoy after the summer sun goes down.
August 7: Southern Italian Favorites
Chef Tory and Chef Stacy both love food from around Naples and Sicily, so this Italian class will explore the wonderful offerings from these areas. This class is a must because the food is just delicious!

Chef Tory Miller and Chef Stacy Wiroll set up for some informal fun while they share techniques and the delicious details behind L’Etoile’s cuisine. Dinner classes include a three-course meal with wine, instruction, and recipes to take home. All classes are held in L’Etoile’s Café Soleil, on the street level. Classes start at 6:30pm. Classes cost $85 each and class size is limited. Call L’Etoile at (608) 251-0500 during office hours Monday through Friday, and ask to sign up for the classes you are interested in.

All classes are held in our street level Café Soleil, at
25 N. Pinckney Street, Madison, Wisconsin.
HOW TO REGISTER: Call L'Etoile at 608.251.0500 during office hours, Monday through
Friday, and ask to sign up for the classes you're interested in. Dinner cooking
classes begin at 6:30 pm and cost $85 per person, which includes a three
course meal with wine, instruction and recipes to take home. We
accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners' Club credit
cards, cash, and personal checks for payment.
SPILLOVER DATES: If a class fills up very quickly, we may offer it again on
another date in order to accommodate demand. The cooking school also reserves
the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment. In the event of a cancelled
class, tuition is refunded in full, unless the student wishes to receive a credit
for another class.
CANCELLATIONS: In the event that you need to cancel your enrollment and wish
to receive a full refund, please give us at least three business days' notice.
Cancellations received later than this period may receive a credit toward future
classes if we are able to fill your space in time.
